Article XXVII (Safety and liability):
- 1. IWP members and guests attending an IWP event or activity do so at their own risk and must proceed with caution and diligence, as well as respect the rules and guidelines of the event or activity and those of the facility in which it is held.
- 2. Board Members and Captains shall make sure that all participants are aware of any safety issues related to the IWP event or activity.
- 3. IWP will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or damages that occur at any of the IWP activities or events.
- 4. For an event or activity where pets are allowed, any pet accompanying a member or a guest to an activity or event should be kept by its owner on a short, fixed leash, and it is the owner’s responsibility to prevent it from jumping on or tripping other members. Pet owners are obliged to carry the appropriate bags and pick up after their pets
