Guided Tour - The Jewish Heritage of Lisbon

Over more than two thousand years of history, Lisbon has welcomed many peoples, cultures, and religions. Some stayed, others moved on — but all left their mark. Among them, the Jewish community played a remarkable role.

On this tour, we’ll explore centuries of coexistence between Jews, Muslims, and Christians. From Alfama to Baixa, we’ll follow the traces of Lisbon’s four Jewish quarters, learn about daily life and trade.
