CPR and Basic First Aid Course

Thanks to an initiative from Dorothy Byres, we are pleased to offer members the opportunity to participate in a CPR and Basic First Aid course, organised in collaboration with the Bombeiros in Estoril.

This is a chance to gain essential life-saving skills in a supportive and practical environment and even if you have done a course before - it is worth having a refresher session.
