Ballet at the Cinema in Cascais

Sensuous contemporary ballet meets the energy of musical theatre in four distinctive works. The Royal Ballet and Opera in Covent Garden, London, presents “Ballet to Broadway: Wheeldon Works.” Ballet enthusiasts in Cascais and Lisbon can now avail of shows in London through the wonder of live streaming on local cinema screens.

This program will showcase four works showing the remarkable choreographic range of The Royal Ballet’s Artistic Associate, Christopher Wheeldon. These are: Fool’s Paradise, The Two of Us, Us, and An American in Paris. Join your fellow IWP members for Ballet at the Cinema.

The event captains for Cascais and Lisbon will contact registrants directly regarding preferred seating and a group meal before the opera for those who are interested.
