Step into the Berardo Art Deco Museum and discover a beautifully restored 18th-century residence housing an impressive private collection of Art & Crafts, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco works. Over the past 30 years, Portuguese collector José Manuel Berardo has curated a selection of furniture, sculptures, ceramics, paintings, and drawings from these movements, which shaped Europe from the late 19th to early 20th centuries. The collection features renowned names like Jacques-Émile Ruhlmann, René Lalique, and Jean-Michel Frank, alongside Portuguese artists such as Ernesto Canto de Maya and Rafael Bordalo.
