Opera at the Cinema in Lisbon

Start the New Year with a fantastical journey through memory and love. The Royal Ballet and Opera at Covent Garden, London, presents Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffmann. Opera enthusiasts in Cascais and Lisbon can now avail of shows in London through the wonder of live streaming on local cinema screens. The new production of The Tales of Hoffmann is helmed by Olivier award-winning director Damiano Michieletto. The host of the show speaks in English; songs are sung in French, with Portuguese subtitles. Join your fellow IWP members for “Opera at the Cinema.”

The event captains for Cascais and Lisbon will contact registrants directly regarding preferred seating and a group meal before the opera for those who are interested.
