IWP Social Bridge Club (LISBON)

Over the last few months there has been growth and changes in the IWP Social Bridge Club.  A course for beginners was started at the Centro de Bridge de Lisboa (CBL). Fifteen ladies have been attending these lessons and are about to move to the next level.

Due to this success we have decided to start a regular social bridge session in Lisbon to provide a more convenient location for members based in the city.  The CBL has made a great value offer to our members.  On Thursdays from 2pm-6pm the IWP Social Bridge Club can play for just 7€ per person.  A trial of 3 sessions has been arranged on 11, 18 April and 2 May, to gauge the demand.  Please support these sessions so that we can negotiate a longer-term arrangement.

If you have never played and would like to learn, if you are a bit rusty but would like to get back into the game, or if you have learned but never really played then there are options for anyone to get involved. 

The system is`5 card major` and they play `Chicago`. No partner required, we draw table numbers as individuals so everyone can get to know each other whilst they play.
