"The Heroine's Journey"

Alma Cox is an artist who believes EVERYONE is creative and has access to inspiration—that we are all born with a voice, a point of view and style that longs to be expressed. In this talk, Alma speaks on the universal theme of the “hero’s journey” as she shares her personal experience as a painter. She hopes to inspire you to jump into your own rabbit hole of creative expression where your personal meaning awaits your discovery. If you enjoy meaning in paintings and vibrant color, join Alma for this insightful talk.

Alma Cox gave herself the opportunity to explore one art medium which opened up a world of creative possibilities and launched her art career over 20 years ago. Alma has helped hundreds of women of all ages and backgrounds access their creative voice in workshops, retreats and online. She is the author of Collage Fusion: Vibrant Wood and Fabric Art Using Telamadera Techniques, and the novel, Calling Dolores. Alma is from San Francisco, California and calls Lisbon home now with her husband of 30 years.
